We are offering draw back gates. Vvs draw back gates are otherwise known as collapsible gate which are specially designed for the gate opening up to 30meters. They are available in different designs, colors and made with stainless steel or aluminium alloy. Vvs draw back gates have models to use on single rail, double rail or without rail. They are equipped with intellectual navigational system.Vvs draw back gates are also facilitated with infrared anti-collision device and rolling display screen. Light models of these gates are available to use as fencing for gardens, which can be removed at any time.

We are offering sliding doors. Vvs 4000 is an operating unit specially designed for sliding doors, which weighs up to 4000kgs. The excellent design of this drive enable it to withstand over heat even on frequent use and is tropicalized. The air and oil cooling system insure easy maintenance. The attached gear box is made of aluminum injection casting and the yellow crown gear from gcusn 12 bronze. This operating unit is equipped with an adjustable clutch to protect the control system.

VVS Dock Cushions with foam is designed for applications where fleet vehicle sizes are identical. They will provide tight sealing between unique type trucks and door opening. The result is improved working condition and goods protection.

Dock Levelers correct height differences between loading docks, loading platforms and truck or trailer beds. VVS edge of dock leveler is designed to have a working range of 5" above and 5" below dock level. Fast and easy to operate: VVS edge of dock leveler is positioned by lifting a self-storing handle and pulling the handle to the dock floor. The latch assembly activates the lip forward to the floor of the trailer as the handle is lifted. When released, the handle returns to a stored position. The optimum dock height for conventional trailers is 125cm, while the proper dock height for refrigerated equipment is 137.5cm. Refrigerated lip is optional. Widths of 180cm and 200cm are available on request.

Once the truck slips off the leveler suddenly during loading process, the pressure transducer can probe this sudden change, the emergency brake valve will start immediately to keep back the leveler move; the twin cylinder system can undertake the forklift and goods firmly to avoid accidents. Toe protection setting can prevent the toe from pinching. Vvs control is simple and maintenance free, which result in a smooth function of the system.

The thickness of door leaves are from 0.8 3mm and frame 1.2 3mm, according to use.They are having special type hanger rail and hanger sheave design. At the bottom guide device is fixed. Inside of the doors are made up of special type core material. Outer surface is protected with electronic powder coating or painting, according to customer need and use. Color is optional.
