OurStretch filmhas high puncture resistance, excellent transparency as well as appropriate cling ability with Stretchability upto 300 % for automatic pallet wrapping machines as well as for manual wrapping giving customers full benefit without investing in machinery. Stretch films can be available in clear or coloured with UV stabilization option.

With the latest technology in Quality Control at Al Sharq Plas, theStretch filmsare subjected to a test that is more demanding than the actual wrapping process. The film is pre-stretched at high speed showing that the film far exceeds the pre-stretch limits.

Al Sharq Plas has several types of high quality stretch films to offer thickness ranging from 17 to 35 .

Standard Filmfor manual and fully automatic pre-stretch machines up to 150%.
Power Stretchfor fully automatic pre-stretch machines up to 250%.
Super Powerfor fully automatic pre-stretch machines up to over 300%, high speed.

TheTop sheetis necessary when uncovered material needs protection from dust and splashes. Bottom sheets can be used to prevent material from direct contact with any surface or wooden pallets.

FFSRollsare developed for different FFS (form-fill-seal) machines. In this roll we can combine high strength with good hot tack and right friction.

Typically FFS rolls are used in the production of granular and powdery products which use gravity for bag filling. FFS rolls are available with upto 4 color print, with side folds and embossed, to prevent filled palletized PE bags from slipping during storage and transport. The Rolls are available in transparent, white & other colors as well.

Special applications for FFS are for example:

Construction industry - for chalk, plaster
Agriculture - for soil packaging
Petrochemicals -packing of granulate material like Polyethylene granules, master batches, chemicals etc

High Clarity Filmsis a coextruded 3 layer PE Transparent film with excellent optical properties, high stiffness and good sealability. It gives a luxurious finish to the packaged product.

Lamination grade filmsare basically three-layer coextruded polyethylene films for various types of Laminate structures for food and non-food applications. Constructed from a clear blend of high clarity LDPE and LLDPE, these films are ideal for use as a sealant web due to their enhanced clarity, seal response and physical strength.

The film works as a sealing layer in different laminates laminating with PET, BOPP with or without aluminum foil between the layers - gives the laminated structure an optimal running ability on various types of packaging machines. Lamination grade sealant films ensure the flavor and freshness of your beverage powder products (such as coffee) remain inside the package until your customers are ready to open and enjoy them.

Shrink filmoffers superb performance in holding and protecting products subject to frequent handling and transport. The film shrinks in both directions depending on the goods to be packed. Shrink film is a well-established and cost effective method of collating cans, bottles, cartons and palletized goods, and also offers the transportation benefit of low weight. In addition, shrink film is suitable for recycling and incineration.

Al Sharq Plas offers a wide range of products to cater for your needs and options including colour. UV additives can be added to prevent the UV rays from damaging the item underneath the cover and also to prevent premature breakdown of the shrink film itself.

Collation Shrink Filmsare used in most demandable use of packaging and are the most modern form of shrink films.
