It needs to be manually lifted by 2 persons, which then causes an automatic opening of the leveler’s lips. It is then lowered to reach the vehicle’s floor and upon successful loadingunloading, it is returned to its original position. Both embedded and suspended installation methods can be used to install the mechanical dock leveler.

The inflatable dock shelters provided by PETE are suitable for installation in places where effective insulation and sealing is required. These shelters are ideal for places with controlled temperatures. Unlike other analogs, any vehicle does not get pressed against the dock while performing loadingunloading functions. There is an inflatable cushion in the dock that completely wraps the vehicle to allow effective sealing. “Cordura”, a wear and tear resistant material, is used in the manufacturing of the air bags that surround the vehicle. The top air bags get inflated as soon as the vehicle partially enters the dock and deflate once the vehicle completely leaves the dock shelter.

To ensure safe, efficient and hassle-free loading and unloading, PETE has come up with an optimal solution, i.e., Swing Lip and Telescopic Hydraulic Dock Leveler. Swing Lip electro-hydraulic dock levelers are optimal as they come with hinged lips. All types of pick and place operations can be performed faster with more efficiency. The levelers lift up and the lips open on activation. The platform then gets lowered down to reach the vehicle body. After completing the loadingunloading activity, the leveler can be lifted and returned to its original vertical position.

Industrial Sectional Doors are vertically-opening doors constructed using multiple panel sections built to withstand heavy usage using double skinned steel foam filled panels in the main but also aluminum framed and glazed panels for varying degrees of high quality vision. The vertical opening of these doors creates more space in front of and behind the door allowing you to park vehicles closer and utilize more room inside the building.
