The approved and compact Bagela cable pulling winches are manufactured in the shock-resistant, recovering Terpolymer (ABS) housing. The longevity of the winch aggregate in combination with this housing makes the winch a worth-stable construction machine. The plastic is solid-coloured and available in red, blue, orange and white. Of course it can be painted although.
For operation the soundproofed housing remains closed, only the cover of the control panel has to be opened. The rope speed can be adjusted steplessly and absolutely without jerking from 0 – 100 m/min depending upon type of winch.
The setting of the pulling operation is to be arranged on a user friendly touch screen. The recorded data could be exported via USB or journalised by the provided thermo printer directly at the building site. The winch is powered by a diesel engine with an integrated infinitely controllable, hydrostatic gear.
The whole pulling force is generated by a rope protecting, grooved double capstan system. The chassis is spring mounted and can be approved with 100km/h for the KW 2000 up to KW 5000 (depending on national road traffic regulations).

The connection of the expanding renewal energy e.g. offshore wind parks demands a massive net extension. Instead of overhead lines, high-voltage cables with large conductor cross-sections are laid in the ground. In order to avoid cable joint boxes the cable manufacturers produce the greatest possible lengths and supply the cable only on broad drums what means the laying with conventional trailers could not be managed.
Cable Drum Transport and Laying Trailer BTT 130.80V could be extended hydraulically. The air suspension enables the laterally lowering of the trailer to adapt to angular standing drums on difficult ground. The U-type design of the trailer, open at the rear, enables the mounting of a different triangle towing bar in which the hydraulic cylinders for the widening function are implemented.

This full featured CT and PT test instrument lowers testing costs by being simple, fool-proof and fast. It's capabilities allow utility personnel and test technicians to pursue the very important task of testing field based instrument transformers for measurement losses, faults or tampering.
The Correlux C-3 is suitable for both immediate measurement (online) as well as night measurement (offline). If the measuring point is easily accessible and is not in a danger area, then online measurement comes into effect. Power transmitters are deployed in this case (transmitter and microphone). These transmit the live signal directly to the correlator and you receive the result immediately. However, if the measuring point is in an area which is difficult to access or if there is lots of interference, then you have the option to conduct an offline measurement using the power transmitters or up to 8 multi-sensors. The multi-sensors are programmed accordingly with the correlator and then deployed. Following the measurement the power transmitters and multi-sensors are collected in and the data can be read and evaluated by the correlator. With the aid of pinpoint location you can now determine the exact position of the leak, either with the multi-sensors or with a PAM W-2 ground microphone. Both options can be carried out using the Correlux C-3; no other devices are needed. The correlator housing is light and easy to handle. The touch display also makes it easier to use and improves the readability. The system is charged in the transport case supplied using wireless inductive charging. This means that only one charging cable is needed for the complete charging of all devices.

Instrument Features :The KV30-100 and KV50-100 are high power, high voltage ac test systems designed for insulation testing. These systems are equally suited to both development and routine testing of electrical insulation systems and plant. The equipment consists of a control unit and a separate oil filled high voltage transformer, linked by 5 metre supply and control cables. The control unit is fitted with a comprehensive range of facilities for control, metering and protection. The output voltage and current are displayed on large, linear analogue instruments, and a variable electronic trip is provided, allowing the trip current to be set to 10-110% of rated output. The high voltage transformer is housed in an oil-filled steel tank fitted with swivel castors for mobility. The units use a high voltage bushing for the HV output, and the other end of the HV winding is earthed. Both the KV30-100 and KV50-100 are equally suited to testing capacitive, resistive or inductive test objects. The next generation in cable diagnosis :Network operators can now get faster and significantly more reliable information about the quality and the condition of their cables. This is made possible thanks to the brand-new 50 Hz Slope Technology. For the first time, it has become possible to immediately locate faults in underground cables during the actual PD measurement.
With the 50 Hz Slope Technology for the first time worldwide a withstand test with VLF cosine-rectangular voltage (VLF CR) and PD diagnosis with damped alternating voltage (DAC) is combined in one unit.
This allows an efficient and integrated solution for precise inventory of the network infrastructure. The important fact here is that the PD measurement data, gained with the VLF CR or with the DAC test voltage, can be compared directly with the 50 / 60 Hz networkvoltage.
