DESCRIPTION.Paintco Epoxy Sealer / 2 Pack is a two pack reactive product suitable for application on bare asbestos , cement , concrete and other similar materials. This sealer must be used to prevent the binder from being absorbed non-uniformly out of the subsequent coating by the substrate. DESCRIPTION.Paintco NC Sanding Sealer is a rapid drying product based on nitrocellulose. It fills pores of wood surface and facilities sanding. The sanded product is smooth, nonporous and ready for subsequent painting.PHYSICAL DATA.Pigment:Stearates.Appearance:Hazy.Specific gravity:Approx. 0.93.Solids content%:Approx. 24 %.Finish:Matt.Drying time at 30oC:1-Dust dry:10minutes.2-Dry for sanding:30minutes.Flash point:20oC.APPLICATION DATA.Paintco NC Sanding Sealer should be reduced to 20-25 sec. using Lacquer Thinner on Ford Cup B4 at 30oC before application. Recommended application method is by air spray. Several coats of Paintco NC Sanding Sealer are recommended in order to get smooth and non-absorbent surface and thereby reducing the number of coats of clear lacquer.REMARKS.We recommended that Paintco NC Sanding sealer should be applied on substrates in a well ventilated room.
