DESCRIPTION:Paintco NC Lacquer is suitable for primed wood or metal. The lacquer if reduced and properly applied, provides a smooth, hard and durable finish. The lacquer is well suited for hot and humid climates and does not blush. It contains a special plasticizer which gives unique combination of optimum hardness and flexibility.PHYSICAL DATA.Pigment:Rutile titanium dioxide and /or colour pigments.Colours:Clear, White and other shades on request.Appearance:Glossy, semi gloss and matt.Specific gravity:0.96 to 1.04 depend on colour.Drying time at 30c:1-Dust dry: 10 minutes.2-Hard dry: 2 hours.Flash point:20oC.Solids by volume:Approx. 28%) it may vary depending on colour).Theoretical spreading rate at 30 microns DFT:9.3 m2 / lit.Type of thinner:Lacquer thinner.APPLICATION DATA.Paintco NC Lacquer should be reduced to spraying viscosity by using Lacquer thinner and sprayed by means of air spray. At least two coats should be applied to obtain satisfactory film thickness.The application viscosity: 20-25 sec. On Ford Cup B4 at 30oC.REMARKS. We recommend that paintco NC lacquer should be applied on prime substrates in well ventilated room. The product is flammable and all care must be taken during storage and use.

10519 Paintco NC Lacquer Paint

Paintco NC Primer is a rapid drying sprayable suitable for wood and metal. The resultant finish is sandable, hard and durable. It with stands handling in works within a short period after application. It must be over coated with suitable finish coating after sanding.
