It should not be applied at temperature below 5oC and / or relative humidity above 80%.REMARKS. The surface to be treated must be dry and free from oil, grease, dust and dirt. Roughened the steel surface preferably by sandblasting or power tool cleaning followed by solvent. Cleaning and then applying Paintco Epoxy Primer / 2 Pack 6444 give good durability for the system. For concrete surface, roughening is to be done by acid etching followed by washing with clean. Water and thereafter apply Paintco Epoxy Sealer 3993 to ensure satisfactory performance.Application of Paintco Epoxy Filler 338 should be done (by trowelling) by gradual building on. film thickness preferably after overnight during of either Paintco Epoxy Primer of Paintco Epoxy sealer.In case of a long gap between the application of Prime / Sealer and that of Epoxy Filler, sanding of Primer / Sealer is a must for good intercoat adhesion.Roughening of Paintco Epoxy Filler before over coating should be done in order to get better intercoat adhesion.
